Johanna Pyysing Wins Poker Series in Tallinn
The first part of the European Masters of Poker Series has finished and Johanna Pyysing has won first place. The event took place in Tallinn, Estonia and Pyysing outlasted the other two hundred and forty seven players to take home the just over 61,000 Euro first place prize.
Second place went to Bjorn-Erik Gleene of Norway when Pyysing outlasted him in heads up play. Gleene won just over 40,000 Euros for his finish and third place went to Jeff Sarwar of Canada who won just over 20,000 Euros.
With the amount of players in the tournament the prize pool was extended to €248,000 and the top eighteen players would cash out. The event took place over the weekend and ended on Sunday February 22nd.
