Million Dollar Hand Contest at Party Poker

Party Poker will begin a new contest in less than two weeks at their online poker room. The new contest is called Million Dollar Hand and players have the opportunity to play poker and win $1 million. What a great incentive to play your favorite poker game!

As players compete online at Party Poker they will be awarded Party Points. For every fifteen Party Poker points players earn they will receive one playing card. Once a five card hand is created players will win a prize. The better the hand, the better the prize will be.

There is no limit to how many hands you can earn so if you play a lot of online poker, you could earn a good deal in prizes. Below is a list of the hands where you can win cash:

Royal Flush: $1 million
Straight Flush: $5,000
Four of a kind: $1,000
Full House: $250
Flush: $100
Straight: $50
Three of a kind: $25
Two pair: $10
One pair: $5

So as you can see even a low paired hand will win you five or ten dollars. A spokesman for Party Poker stated: "This is an all encompassing promotion that pays $5 for a pair - right up to $1 million for a royal flush! We have had to insure ourselves against the possibility of multiple royal flushes! All a player has to do is collect points and cards throughout the period."
