Montel Williams Joins Team USA

Montel Williams has been named as a member of Team USA to play in PartyPoker.com's Poker Nations Cup that will be held in Cardiff, Wales on April 7th through the 10th. 

The talk show host was picked by the team's captain, Robert Williamson III and he will be joining team players; Jamie Gold, Chris Ferguson, Chad Brown and Freddy Deeb.

Talk show host Montel Williams will be competing in the $5,000 buy in event against Sweden, Britain, Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany for the team prize of $100,000 dollars.  The winners of the individual matches will win $20,000 dollars and Party Poker has added $100,000 to the overall prize pool.

There are to be six heats and players will score points according to their finish in the heat,  The Finals will see the team captains make tactical substitutions and time outs.
