Online Tournament to be Hosted by Scott Ian

Scott Ian is an online poker player and member of the Ultimate Bet poker team. Though, Scott is best known as the guitar player for Anthrax. Scott will be hosting a special online poker tournament on the Ultimate Bet website called Scott Ian’s Home Game.

Several poker pros as well as rock stars will be competing in the tournament. The prize pool will be $10,000 and Ultimate Bet is currently holding qualifiers for those who would like to earn a spot in the tournament.

Phil Hellmuth and Annie Duke are confirmed to be playing in the tournament as well as Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains, Slash of Velvet Revolver, Kirk Hammett of Metallica and Vinnie Paul of Pantera. These few names are sure to make the tournament very interesting.

Ian commented on the upcoming tournament: “I am really excited about my Home Game on UB. With all of our crazy schedules, we’re never in the same city so it’s not often that I get to play hold’em with all my friends. Ultimate Bet has provided the venue for us to play together and I can’t wait to welcome some UB players to the table and get to know them a little more personally.”
