Paddy Power Poker Makes Changes to Irish Winter Festival
With the Irish Winter Festival taking place in just two months, Paddy Power Poker is making preparations for the event. The online poker room has made changes to the festival to make it more enjoyable for the players.
Paddy Power Poker has made several changes but the main change is the starting chip stack for the main event. The starting stack is usually 10,000 chips but now the chip stack will start at 15,000 chips. This is a big difference and should help most players remain in the tournament for longer.
Side events during the Irish Winter Festival have also seen a structure improvement. Players will begin with 10,000 chips to start with the €500 event while the €300 event will see players starting with 8000 starting chips.
Paddy Power the Communications Manager for Paddy Power Poker commented: “The improvements made to the tournament structures have further cemented the Irish Winter Festival’s status as one of Europe’s top poker festivals. More chips, long blind levels and lots of play- this is what players’ want and Paddy Power Poker is more than happy to deliver!”
