PokerStars Giving Two Seats to Heads-Up Poker Championship

This year's NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship is set to take place at Caesars in Las Vegas on February 28th until March 2nd. The line-up of players invited to participate is tremendous including professional poker players, sports stars and celebrities. All of the seats are invitation only except four. One of those seats will be awarded by the PokerStars website.

Everyday on the PokerStars website there will be two qualifiers taking place at 7 pm and 10 pm ET. Every new and existing player will receive an entry into each of the two qualifiers. The qualifiers will continue to take place on the site until February 22nd. 200 players will advance from the daily tournaments to round two which is a weekly event. From the weekly events, 50 players will advance to the main qualifier that will be held on February 24th.

The player to make it to the end of the main qualifier will be the winner and will get a prize package which includes: the $20,000 seat, four nights' accommodations and $1,000 for traveling expenses. This would be an amazing package to win. The winner will get to rub elbows with some of the greatest poker players and coolest celebrities living today.

Three more seats are also available through other venues. Full Tilt Poker is giving away one seat and Caesars Palace will be giving away the other two seats.
