Southern Poker Championship Event #12 Results
Event #12 of the Southern Poker Championships just recently finished up and Jordan Smith from Texas was the winner. Jordan was up against almost five hundred other players in the $1,000 buy-in No Limit Hold’em poker tournament. Jordan outlasted the field and took home the $119,228 first place prize.
This was Jordan’s biggest poker win ever and along with his first place cash prize he also won a custom designed white gold and diamond bracelet. Jordan will also play in the World Poker Tour Championship event which started today, as he won a $10,000 seat to the event.
Jordan commented that his parents deserve a lot of credit for his poker career. He stated they have been very supportive in his poker career and that he has “the best parents in the world”. Jordan plays online poker as Scarface 79 and this is his seventeenth tournament cash out in just a short three years.
