Virgin Poker Festival Heading to Nottingham

The Virgin Poker Festival has been very successful in their previous locations in Birmingham and Newcastle and they have just announced that they will be doing it again.  This Virgin Poker Festival will be taking place at the Dusk Till Dawn Poker Room in Nottingham and it will be starting soon so poker players won't have very long to wait.

The Virgin Poker Festival will be in Nottingham for the weekend kicking off on Saturday, June 28th and wrapping up on Sunday June 29th.  Dusk till Dawn is going to be the first ever poker only venue in the UK and is the largest poker room in Europe so it is the perfect location for the poker festival. 

So far there are over many Virgin Poker players that have been given the opportunity to compete in the two day live poker tournament and more importantly compete for their share of the GBP 32,000 prize pool.

The Main Event at the Festival will be a EUR 150 Texas Hold'em No Limit Freezeout tournament that has room for up to 270 players and will start out with 10,000 chip stacks.  The levels will increase every forty minutes and GBP 5,000 will be added to the prize pool.  There isn't a direct buyin into the event all players have to qualify by playing online satellites and freerolls at Virgin Poker.

Players can also compete for their seat at the Virgin Poker Festival on Sunday June 22nd at Dusk Till Dawn when the club will be hosting a special live satellite tournament that will be awarding 20 seats into the Main Event to the winners of the tournament.
