Bodog.com Releases WSOP Odds
Online gambling giant www.Bodog.com has released odds for the 2007 WSOP (World Series of Poker) $10,000 buy in No Limit Texas Holdem Main Event. The final table is underway at the Rio in Las Vegas, Nevada. Final table began earlier today, July 17th at noon Pacific Standard Time. Bodog.com is bringing poker players from the rails, back into the action by offering betting odds on this years WSOP main event bracelet winner!
There are nine players in total competing for a place in WSOP history, however Bodog odds makers have chosen one of these top uk poker players as this years favorite. Philip Hilm at 14/5 who is followed closely in odds by Tuan Lam and Lee Watkinson, both at 7/2.
Hilm has won a career total of $15,000 in poker tournament cash prizes, including wins at the 2005 World Series of Poker. He came to this years WSOP final table as the chipleader with more than 22 million in WSOP tournament chips.
Next on Bodogs (US Poker Site) odds sheet we find Jon Kalmar, the only other player to join the final table with more than 20 million in chips. Odds on Kalmar are offered at 4/1. Remaining finalists are Raymond Rahme, with a little over 16 million in chips remaining, and 7 to 1 odds, Hevad "rain" Khan, with just over 10 million in chips, at seven to one, Lee Childs, 13 million in chips remaining, eight to one.
Jerry Yang holds about 8 and a half million in tournament chips, and is on the odds ticket at 9 to 1, Alex Kravcheno at about 6 and a half million is featured at nine to one.
