Event No. 21 Winner Scott Seiver
Event No. 21 of the World Series of Poker was a $5,000 No Limit Texas Hold'em tournament that started on June 11th and finished up on June 13th. The event drew in a total of 731 players creating a record making prize pool of $3,435,700 dollars, of which the top 72 finishers in the tournament would collect.
The winner of the event was Scott Seiver, a 23 year old professional poker player from Las Vegas, Nevada. Seiver got $755,891 dollars and his first WSOP gold bracelet for finishing in first place.
So far this was his third cash in the WSOP including a 1st, 14th and 22nd place finish. He also cashed three times at last year's WSOP to give him a total of six cashes so far.
David Seidman finshed the event in second place and got $482,372 dollars for his finish. The player currently in first place for the Milwaukee's Best Light "Player of the Year" award is Erick Lindgren with one gold bracelet win and three cashes.
