Rodman wins $707,898 1st WSOP Bracelet

Blair Rodman took out Amato Galasso heads up to win World Series of Poker event #47 a $2,000 No Limit Holdem tournament. Rodman not only took the seven hundred thousand plus dollar prize, but won his very first world series of poker gold as well.

Blair Rodman, first time WSOP Bracelet winner, at 53 years of age, considers himself to be a professional gambler, if ever there was doubt, he's proved himself today in his 1st WSOP victory. Other gambling venues that catch Rodmans interest include golf, and other various sporting events.

This is not the new bracelet winners first trip to the WSOP however, in fact, he's been playing in the World Series since 1982.

Outside of the gambling world, Rodman's holds a degree in business, and is an established writer having co-authored "Kill Phil" a popular book including counter strategies and beating the best in the wonderful world of professional poker.
