Scotty Nguyen, the 1998 WSOP main event champion, and favorite of many WSOP (World Series of Poker) fans due to his fun personality, and awesome skill at a poker table, busted out of the 2007 WSOP with just two extra players remaining before the final table will commence.

Nguyen was holding his own, at one point holding 15 and a half million in tournament chips, until two big hands brought him to his WSOP 2007 finish, 11th place, and a $476,926 cash prize.

Johnny later publicly thanked the audience and all of those that cheered him on.

"The most important thing is I want to say thank you to the fans," said Nguyen "Without you guys, we cannot have Scotty Nguyen."

In response, a woman from the audience yelled, "We love you Scotty!"

Nguyen's final hand, a busted flush draw that lost to  two pair, Kings and Queens.

Play will continue this evening until one more player is sent home, and the final nine advance to the WSOP final table.
